Why personal training?

When it comes to health and fitness, we all have different goals. And just as our goals are different, so are the methods we need to use to achieve those goals.

How does it work?

  1. FREE consultation: during this initial consultation we will identify your goals, assess your individual requirements, discuss exercise options and work out how to best fit your training sessions around your work and life commitments.
  2. Training plan: based on the information given in the consultation, I will devise a training programme which allows you to work towards your goals in a safe, enjoyable and effective way.
  3. Ongoing assessment: throughout the programme your progress will be assessed against shorter-term targets to ensure you are on track to meet your overall goals.

What will I be doing?

Your training plan will include a combination of:

  • Cardiovascular exercise (e.g. boxing pad-work, cycling, running or walking)
  • Resistance training (e.g. using resistance bands, body weight exercises, or free weights)
  • Recommendations for improved diet and nutrition
  • Core strengthening to build good posture and to help prevent injury
  • One-to-one personal training sessions
  • Detailed instructions for solo sessions to be completed between your personal training sessions

Train with a friend

If you would prefer to train with a friend then Rachael Willis Personal Training can accommodate this as well. Share a session and work out together under the guidance of your personal trainer. Please contact me for more details.
