Personal Trainer Rachael WillisHello, my name is Rachael and I am the founder of Rachael Willis Personal Training.

After years of trying to fit in an office job between hours of kick-boxing, running, cycling and tennis each week I finally admitted that work really did get in the way of the rest of my life! I decided to turn my passion for sport and exercise into a full-time career so I could share my experience and enthusiasm with others.

Having qualified as a personal trainer with The Training Room PT Academy, I launched Rachael Willis Personal Training, based in Oxford. I welcome clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, and I aim to make each session enjoyable and challenging to help you achieve your goals. I love training in the great outdoors and will design your sessions to be completed in city parks, in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside or, if you prefer, in the comfort of your own home.
