I am the founder of Rachael Willis Personal Training Oxford offering personal trainer services in Oxford. I believe fitness and exercise should be accessible to everyone, and I welcome clients of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds.

As an Oxford personal trainer I aim to make each training session enjoyable and challenging to help you achieve your goals. I love training in the great outdoors and will design your sessions to be completed in city parks, in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside or, if you prefer, in the comfort of your own home.
